Paxton Vacances Hotel Management Group witnessed a Sino-Lao "One belt, one road" landmark moment

21st of November, 00:07 Chinese time, China has launched the LaoSat-1 communications satellite for Laos. The launch was conducted by the Long March-3B launch rocket – launching from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center.

Located in the eastern part of the Indochina Peninsula, Laos is the only landlocked country in Southeast Asia, and covered with the undulating hills and the dense forests. “Laosat-1”communications satellite is the Chinese first satellite exported to the ASEAN countries and regions, and will provide live satellite TV, broadband wireless access, international communications and other services in Laos. “Laosat-1” communications satellite was developed by China Academy of Space Technology, subordinated to China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. It also marked the Long March series' 218th flying into space.

Sino-Lao relationship has a great significance for "One belt, one road" development strategy and helps both countries deepen their economic, political and cultural cooperation.
